🔴 TURNAROUND TIME
Our turnaround time begins once your garments have been delivered to DLH Screen Print.
🔴 CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders may be cancelled up until the deposit is made. Once the deposit is made, no refunds will be issued.
🔴 SIZE CHANGES
size quantities can’t be changed after 24 hrs of payment (since we place them on order), so any other sizes requested will be billed additionally with no guarantee of the same pick up date.
🔴 GARMENT VARIANCES & MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
DLH Screen Print cannot guarantee variances in size/shades/construction of garments and merchandise. If DLH receives any defective items from the manufacturer, DLH will:
attempt to order replacement item(s) & re-decorate if time allows
substitute for a similar item on hand
If neither option is applicable, DLH will issue a credit towards your next order
🔴 MISPRINTS
DLH Screen Print allows for 5% misprints for each design. If misprints occur, DLH will:
attempt to order replacement item(s) & re-decorate if time allows
substitute for a similar item on hand
If neither option is applicable, DLH will issue a credit towards your next order
For orders that require an exact quantity: DLH recommends a garment surplus.
🔴 MOCK UP COLORS
Colors seen on the item mockups may vary depending on your computer display. Actual colors of the printed ink on the garment will be matched as best as possible. Finished product colors are not guaranteed. Specific Pantone ink colors are $50 per color.
🔴 INK COLORS
If the customer does not specify a Pantone color out of a Coated Pantone Book, then DLH Screen Print uses its best guess according to our art department’s monitor. We will pick a specific color for that order and use it on all other orders to keep consistency. Ink color may vary depending on print style, garment type, or garment blend. DLH Screen Print is not responsible for these color variances.
🔴 SAMPLE GARMENTS
DLH Screen Print reserves the right to create sample items using some or all of your artwork for showroom samples and samples not for resale.
🔴 MARKETING CONTENT
DLH Screen Print reserves the right to film and/or photograph the creation process of your order along with the finished product in order to promote our services and use as marketing/branding material.
🔴 SHIPPING
DLH Screen Print is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier.
🔴 PRINTING OVER SEAMS
Inconsistencies may occur in ink coverage and registration when printing over seams, pockets, collars or any other edges. Large prints run the risk of printing over seams. DLH Screen Print is not responsible for these inconsistencies. These items are exempt from our replacement policy for this reason.
🔴 ORDERS INCLUDING FOILING OR TAGS
All orders including foiling or tag printing require an additional 4 business days to complete.
🔴 PRICING
DLH Screen Print has the right to change pricing without notice.
Example: John Doe contacts DLH Screen Print for a quote on Monday. On Tuesday, DLH Screen Print changes their pricing due to rising cotton prices. Later that day John Doe places an order, but the pricing on his invoice reflects the current pricing from DLH Screen Print.
🔴 POLYESTER / BLENDED ITEMS
Polyester material is prone to dye migration. DLH Screen Print uses Polyester inks and bleed blockers to combat this issue, but there is a chance for some color bleed depending on the garment. These items are exempt from our replacement policy for this reason.
🔴 TRADEMARKS & LICENSING
DLH Screen Print is not liable for the use of Trademarked or Licensed Images, and customer assumes full responsibility for the use thereof.
🔴 CLAIMS OR ERRORS
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email orders@dlhscreenprint.com to bring the issue to our attention within 48 hours. If granted replacement items, 100% of the original items must be returned to DLH Screen Print or the reprint will not be allowed. Shipping costs will be paid for by the client.
DLH Screen Print has the right to change prices and terms and conditions without notice.
