Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before the items for your order will be purchased and the production process begins. Payments can be made by Credit / Debit card, Paypal, Check, Money Order, or Cash. A $30 charge will be issued for returned checks. This does not apply to select clients and government and state agencies that require net terms.

ARTWORK

All artwork files must be 300dpi or vector format. All text must be converted to outlines. We will adjust artwork print size to what we think looks best unless customer specifies specific print dimensions. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. DLH Screen Print will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork.

TURNAROUND

Average turnaround for most orders is 7-10 business days (Mon – Fri) plus shipping time. This turnaround time is not guaranteed. Adding Tags, Foiling, or other custom print locations will extend the turnaround time.

MUST HAVE DATES

DLH Screen Print will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.

SHIPPING

DLH Screen Print is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier.

​

PRINTING OVER SEAMS

Inconsistencies may occur in ink coverage and registration when printing over the seams, collar or any other edges. Large prints run the risk of printing over seams. DLH Screen Print is not responsible for these inconsistencies.

​

ORDERS INCLUDING FOILING OR TAGS

All orders including foiling or tag printing must be given an additional 4 business to the turn around.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Orders may be cancelled up until the deposit is made. Once the deposit is made, no refunds will be issued.

​

GARMENT VARIANCES

DLH Screen Print cannot guarantee variances in size/shades/construction of garments and merchandise.

​

INK COLORS

If the customer does not specify a Pantone color out of a Coated Pantone Book, then DLH Screen Print uses its best guess according to our art department’s monitor. We will pick a specific color for that order and use it on all other orders to keep consistency. Ink color may vary depending on print style, garment type, or garment blend. DLH Screen Print is not responsible for these color variances.

PRICING

DLH Screen Print has the right to change pricing without notice.

​

Example: John Doe contacts DLH Screen Print for a quote on Monday. On Tuesday, DLH Screen Print changes their pricing due to rising cotton prices. Later that day John Doe places an order, but the pricing on his invoice reflects the current pricing from DLH Screen Print.

​

MISPRINTS

DLH Screen Print will not be responsible for misprints up to 5% per design.

​

POLYESTER / BLENDED ITEMS

Polyester items can be a struggle to print on depending on the brand or the way they were dyed. The reason polyester can be a struggle to print on is because of a reaction known as dye migration. Dye migration is basically just as it sounds; small dye particles moving from one place (fabric) to another (ink). This causes an unwanted change or tint in ink color. We combat this by using special Polyester inks and bleed blockers. We fight this issue, but once in a while there is a chance for some bleeding depending on the garment. DLH Screen Print is not responsible for this issue.

 

THE APPAREL BRAND I RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED

When your order is placed, our team orders your apparel blanks from our distributor. Sometimes that item is out of stock. In this case, we will order a brand that is comparable or better than the apparel you chose. We need to make those on the fly decisions to make sure we get your blanks on time to produce your order.

Size Changes

size quantities can’t be changed after 24 hrs of payment (since we place them on order), so any other sizes requested will be billed additionally with no guarantee of the same pick up date. 

 

TRADEMARKS & LICENSING

DLH Screen Print is not liable for the use of Trademarked or Licensed Images, and customer assumes full responsibility for the use thereof.

CLAIMS OR ERRORS

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of date of delivery. Please email dlhscreenprinting@gmail.com to submit your claim. In the case of an error, 100% of items must be returned to DLH Screen Print or the reprint will not be allowed.

DLH Screen Print has the right to change prices and terms and conditions without notice.
